Donna is a published writer, a 200-hour certified meditation/mindfulness teacher, and a full-time medical writer and editor. Her previous experience includes various editorial roles within the literary community and proofreading research articles published in eLife, PNAS, Cell, and Science.
Donna has edited research manuscripts, fellowship applications, and training materials for Planned Parenthood, the Human Rights Campaign, and Rockefeller University, and currently provides medical writing and editing support to healthcare agencies.
With an MFA in Creative Writing and is a proud alumni of the Tin House Writers Workshop (with Renee Gladman), she has enjoyed working with literary journals, arts organizations, and publishers. Living on the CT shoreline, she enjoys sailing, yoga, and meditation.
